Kspec has some pretty cheap ones that are real solid, where'd your OBX crack? how bad? they are quite known for cracking.

im guessing it cracked on one of the weld points. if so, get it rewelded. im not even sure if kspec actually carries those cast manifolds anymore..

as easy as it seems to just get a diff. turbo manifold, its not. your turbo manifold is connected to the turbo.. the DP, comp. IC pipe, drain line, and turbo intake DEPEND on that location. if the new manifold moves the turbo anything over like 1" up/down left/right, plan on having your DP modded, and at least your IC pipe.

 

my whole dump pipe came off.where it connects to turbo.

 

wait, the dump pipe? like what attachs the gate to the manifold? or the pipe that goes from wastegate to downpipe/atmos.?

if its the pipe that connects the gate to the manifold, than that didn't come on the obx manifold. bryan probably welded that part on, so it could be ext. gated.. if thats the case, just get it welded back on and you will be fine.. it shouldn't have just fell off though..

 

When I still worked for Kspec, they told me they couldn't get those manifolds anymore.

I fixed mine for now.
I found this guy who does alott of custom turbo kits and other things.
He will be building me a new manifold soon and 3"exhaust for good price.
I seen his work and it is very very good cant wait.

 

must be nice to just throw away your manifold and DP and just pay to get another one made.. you could fix yours so easily its silly.. all it would take is a good welder to weld it back on.
