rear wheel hubs: $50 a piece at a junkyard
rear calipers from a disc brake tib: $50 a piece at a junkyard
both e-brake cables: $50 for both
re-use stock brake lines: free
SS Goodridge Brake Lines: $100
rotors: drilled/slotted from RotorPro's $200-$220
proportioning valve: check junkyards for one fro a disc brake tib, I have no idea on $, lemme know if you find one.
If you wanna go bigger, that's a different story:
Sonota calipers are same price drilled/slotted from RotorPro's and calipers (i dunno, maybe GK calipers will work, maybe buy aftermarket RD Calipers).
FYI: there's a few (well, a couple) BBK's in the making and even some already made. Dunno details, but look into that before you start buying stocdisc brake parts.

yes, bigger in the front I mean...the BBK's.
long is talking about swapping the REAR DRUMS for REAR DISCS.
sorry bout that. btw, getting the front rotors on is gonna be a PITA if you plan to use different rotors in the front. assuming that you have captive rotors (1997 right?)
Make sure you get disc brake hubs from a non-captive tib (actually, I don't think you have anything to worry about since...i'm pretty sure, all 4-disc brake tibs are non-captive).
captive rotors can suck my BALLZ>!!
