Zefiro Gen I frp vent hood
Rick, I still havent heard anything from fedex about the claim. My boyfriend sent the form to them but that was it. Is there a numer I could call or something? I don't really have any claim numbers to go by..

You should have something to file before....a claim form
Tell them who filed on which date and what about etc....
Even if I try to find something here, I need something like a proof of claim etc.
I registered for account a couple weeks ago and never heard anything...and so I just did it again and now I have to wait 2 days for it to be processed. In the meantime, everything we had was sent to Fed ex, the pictures, forms, everything. Shouldn't they have called us? Also, can't you just take back the hood? I know last time I ordered a hood from another company they sent me the wrong one, and I called them up and they took it right back, no problem, then sent me a refund. Now I'm stuck with this one which is useless to me, and I had to file claim which to be honest I had no idea what to write, being that I am not a business. So I dont even know if it was filed properly....this has just turned out to be a real headache for me.

If I send the wrong one, I would of take it back and send you replacement.
Please mail the form you file to FEDEX and I will take care of it from here.
Or, I can take back the hood and give you refund instead.

Confirmed received everything..
Ok I took a look at the hood and it wasnt as bad as my boyfriend made it out to be. It has one crack and need new corners. So I gave it to my body shop and he's gonna fix it and paint it for $400. At this point I just want it on the car. It's gonna look awesome laugh.gif

Now, I have another one to offer. Actually, I have 2 left to offer, but I just want a spare to see any problem of other ones during delivery.
