Yam/Bradley and all...

I am still awaiting the delivery of my Roof spoiler, ordered and paid for on the 24th of October.

I have sent 3 unanswered emails to you regarding the failuer of the 'Replacement' you have sent to arrive. And a 4th was sent today.

If I do not recieve a reply by Wednesday, I will be filing a complaint with the USPS for internet and Mail fraud.

The mail fraud was commited when your representative claimed that a package had been posted but also informed me taht it was not possible to have an international package tracked.

I am sorry to have brought this to the forums, but it seems the only way to get an answer from SR after they have taken your money...

Not to butt in but, have you tried calling them? I know it may be an expensive proposition from where you are from, but I waited for a long time too, and I just gave them a call, and everything was fixed in no time.

I agree calling is much faster than just emailing not to say bad things but it takes like almost 3 weeks sometimes to answer emails. But when you call you get an immediate response.

richard, our ordering status email gets 100% response either the same day or next day. Is that the email address you are using? orders@sharkracing.com. Our shipping department does not check this forum, either calling, or emailing them there is the only way to get status.
