Yes, Tim talked to me on the phone earlier and I understand where he's coming from. He will be making a thread to work out issues with the folks that still have them with him. Until any of you have experience with his new venture, don't post about it. The only folks posting in his new thread will be him, the moderators, myself, and folks that bought items from him in the past and need to work something out.
Thanks for being a MAN Tim.

OK, I thought I would add my input as to this. I'm originally from ElantraXD, and when Tim brought his starter kit into the scene, I was very interesed in it. I decided to make a investment into it. Iheard both good things and bad things from some people, but decided to have enough faith in him to deliver a product on time. Now, its been a few months since I purchased the original kit from him, minus the turbo. Originally I believed this was still through Speed-Factor, but was told last night in a lenghty conversation with Tim that this was through Turbo Elements.
October 19th, 2005, the order was put in, and was told it would be three weeks until the kit was shipped. Its now been almost two months coming up, and I still don't have my kit. I told Tim I'm totally fine with waiting, but I don't want to have the run around with shipping issues or anything. I've also told him I was going to be going out of the country for a month, and needed the kit shipped to me on Friday or Monday at the latest. I have faith in the products Tim makes, and if I ever have problems, I will go directly to the person who made the parts.
Now, after some more searching on these forums, I've found that people have indeed hadproblems with him. Some have been resolved, and some have not. I do not take that into account with my opinion of Tim. I find his knowledge of the Hyundai engine and what it needs to be SAFELY boosted on a daily driver.
I to this day have only had two problems with him, and these problems were minor. He is sometimes hard to get ahold of, and his needs to work on his shipment issues, and deliver a product in a timely fashion. I have also bought other things to put in with this turbo as I need to. And everytime I have had a question, he has helped me.
Now I don't want people to come on here and attempt to bash me because I haven't revieced anything from him yet, or try to tell me to be careful. I will judge accordingly and go from there. In my last post I also made a comment about a lawyer. Tim and myself also talked about this and to clear things up with the rest of the forum. My lawyer is just a procautionary measure because I lost a substancial amount of money before on my car,and I dont want it to happen to me again. I explained this to him and told him as long as he gets me my turbo shipped to me with a tracking number and everything came in, I would have no problem. Also, I explained that he would NOT be getting a letter from myself or a lawyer anytime soon, as if I have issues with him, I will take it up with him.

alright
Tim thanks for owning up and at least attempting to fix the problems for that my respect for you went up 1 point from -2510 to a -2509 but being that you only started this ONCE WE FOUND YOUR OTHER SITE it goes back down a point. To me the only reason your doing this is to try to save your new store weather you own 1% of it or whatever (funny how its registered to you but you dont own it....sounds kinda like TU)
see to me if there never was a fire there wouldnt have to be any fuel to add to it if you owned up in the first place and corrected all those issues people were having with you INSTEAD of just getting up and leaving(cnk anyone?) you would have gained even more points hell i might have even purchased stuff from you but no you acted like a complete child and made a ass for your name which is basically the only thing you had going for you. RESPECT is how you sell parts i dont care who they are if no one respects you, you can attempt to give away parts and people wouldnt take em just cuz they would have to deal with you.
I am tired of having to deal with this and yes it is my issue because to me these guys are like family. Even though were kind of disfunctional we still do anything to help each other out. Ive been around hyundai forums for going on 6 years now, even though i dont remember my old log in. Ive seen CNK come and go I fought with HDKautosport (who by the way still owe me 300+ dollars for my header) I WILL NOT let companies like those dick our members around But with you you can do what ever you want Im certain that if you mess with those honda guys they will do a google search and find this site and all your complaints against you and they will retaliate just like we did and the mitsu guys did. Which is why I havent went and told the honda guys cuz im not a friggin internet police guy(sorry dmitry lol) your trying to clean your name and with a partnership i hope those guys dont treat people the way you did us and the mitsu guys.
you dragged your name through the mud by your own fault and you and only you can fix it

Sean thanks for the post, and he is the onlt one to ever do a transaction on here with TE and it really wasn't a full TE transaction only the CC pocessing, as my partner wanted to make sure that the POS was working correctly, and sean happened to be ordering with a CC. And thanks for getting your turbo to me so that I could have the housing machined for you to be able to use it.
Faith, you make a point, but again you try and tie me into CNK, one I'm still here and second everyone got thier parts. I have never just said F everyone and took off with 10 of thousands of dollars, and never will. And I have been around since the Days of FXtreme.

Just to let everyone know I have talked to Redzman and I will be making a post in here shortly.
What do you think REDZ can save your ass? Sorry but you f***ed yourself. I can't believe I stuck on your side and never once made bad comment against. I was a fool but no more.
And the only reason you contacted redz and made your useless posts because your afraid your new business is going to go down the drain once the Honda guys see all the bad reviews of your business with Hyundai and Mitsu.

would there be another thread where tim can work out issues with other members?
- parts to be sent still?
- promises that were not done?
- refunds?
- parts to be replaced? repaired?
- others?

just to set things clear: rick said he had ties to a korean distributor/department.
jay--that was already done, it was called speed-factor forum on here once but it was removed because all of those issues weren't resolved. so tim referred everyone with a problem to his own website speed-factor.com in which similar things were happening. then the decision was made up there in the hierarchy to banish the speed-factor ties as a result. i think some of the members were forgotten about, had parts that needed repairs/adjustments, or were unsatisfied with how long it was taking to settle something. so doing that would lead everyone back in a loop to the start.
can't just leave the world burning around you. obviously there are issues that haven't been resolved yet. and clearly there are some problems still lingering. and tim if you don't make some sacrifices i will not be surprised about members pulling your pant legs. something needs to be done a gift certificate, offers, refunds, a square deal or trade off, or new parts to regain the lost hope.
the one thing that i understand is that our cars are difficult to make/order parts for so that's why i was ok with waiting for the exhaust and willingful to modify the hell out of it as i'm sure the others were too. but next time unless the parts are there and you have painted and glossed your model there will be a lot more to deal with rather than just shipping off a finished product and clasping your hands together. next time try test fitting a part on a test car to see if it's a perfect fit. once that is finished you can wrap up the part and garuntee at least proportions.
i think there is a chance for business, but until the business is not proven i don't think AA meetings help people as much as i'd wish them to.
