Ok i'm not here to argue or listen to the he said/she said post that have been on going.

I called Redzman and spoke with him right after learning of this latest post, so that is why I'm back on here.

There have been threats posted in that are just childish, plain and simple. I don't have time for that, and really don't apperciate it.

As for the people who have posted most of which have never dealt with me or even ordered, so for you to add fuel to the fire is not called for, and for those who have post and said they have had issues that bought from me not a used kit, I apologize for any issue that you had or were not resolved to your satisfaction. I will be the first to say I took on way too much and made too many promises that I was not able to keep in the timelines, but I always delivered. Sometimes 6 months later but eventually everyone got what they bought. It can be debated (and has) till it is a dead horse but nothing will ever change what has happened. So if you wish to keep the hatred going I cannot stop you, but I'm trying to be the bigger person first and like I said above say I apologize.

As for Turbo Elements that is not my company, it is a joint parternship with a couple other people, so trying to drag that name into this is not going to work. None of you have dealt with TE so you have no grounds to try and tie the 2 together, yes I do have a part in the company and that is it.

Speed-Factor is pretty much on hold for anything as I don't have time to do anything with it. Will I ever try and offer anything for the Hyundai's again? That I don't know, but with post like these there is no reason to try.

So if you guys/gals want to discuss anything with me I do have this account now and you can send me a PM. Redzman said that he never wanted me to leave, but with every other post being a bash why should I stay.

Well, I have little to say about your customer service, because I did not make any purchases.

But for you to change all of your hosted DIY and other images to PORN on THIS site since you posted those pictures YOUR SELF.... that was low. As a person who wants ANY respect, that was low. That I did witness and it left a sour taste in my mouth.

You showed your true colors there man. And in my "Opinion" this shows me how you work as a business man. You were not happy with some people/comments on this site, and since you did not get your own way, you screwed everyone over with the pics. In my opinion, this falls right in line with the stories I heard about your customer service.

Yeah it was chidish, but I did give java the pics so that he could fix it.

 

I think its nice of you to apologize; however, you still made the kit that I bought and the problems I enountered were unrelated to another person dropping the parts or whatever and they were never used. The parts were just impossible to put on and it was totally unstructured..like it even wasnt made for an RD. The whole time I was asking myself, "did he make this blindfolded?" lol. (not to be too mean.)

It's nice of you to offer your services now but for me and others we dont really need them as much. I had tons of questions and issues before and I only got one answered and anything else I got wasnt responded too. Honestly, right now I dont care because my kit is on and whatever I had to deal with is over. My only suggestion for you is to be more loyal to your customers and if your making kits (especially for cars which dont have a lot to choose from), to make them well, not halfway so others have to wonder how to even get it on. Another thing; a business grows from loyalty and trust in products.

 

If there is ever anything offered again it will never be a complete kit, again it was too much to take on. And I'm sorry for your issues. You had told me before you had the issues covered so I guess that was wrong.

 

faith told me about tim and rick and as of now the korean police are looking in to this matter. what will happen and when i can be 100% but it looks dam good for us.. and for thoese who got jacked by rick so any news i get will be relayed to faith asap as for tim i need more info i am not making threts but i can just stand by and watch and do nothing

sorry guys for that bad talk, it just makes me mad that i was not no rd from day one that way i could have looked into it for us... but Lt. lee from the korean police will makes some call today and let me know what they find out
