Thanks for the heads up

That's probably the same dude that is saying some BS on newtiburon.com

All details are there.. I don't go on that forum and if they have problem they should have contacted us directly

Thanks again!
FAIL.

Seriously. That's just about the worst customer service response you could give short of just saying F*** you.

At this point I might add that SFR has a $50 deposit of mine which they did not refund although they were unable to perform the service I put the deposit down for.

Mmmm... interesting funny enough, I never ordered my stuff through ebay. Also the guy on the New Tiburon forum is some entirely different - http://www.newtiburon.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=194969

I emailed and spoke to who I believe to be Jay Kim directly as I needed specific prices on the items aswell as the cost to ship via TNT.

I received an email last night from seoulfulracing stating that

Everything was sent out from Korean office sir let me update you on tracking number as soon as i hear from Korean office

thanks

What I cant understand is I was issued with a TNT waybill number on the 10th of december? Is this waybill no longer valid or what?

Funny thing is there is also a poor guy that posted on seoulfulracings facebook page with the same problem.

I would "assume" as a company you would want to make your customers and them when they need and stand up to your mistakes, or issues, Yet, now all i want to do is give you !

Teufelhund - I would think Jay was referring to the Original Poster rather than you. I'm not even sure if he looked at this thread, so I wouldn't take it as a reference to you.

Is the TNT waybill number able to be tracked?

When buying my ECU reflash, I think I'll buy from PowerAxel rather than SFR. I've heard nothing but great customer service from PA.

I'm disappointed. I gave Jay an opportunity to address issues and he didn't seem too concerned. Oh well, I guess the bigger they get, the less they can focus on the customers.

OK. As the original poster here it might help if I try to make some points clear...

First, I have never posted on the New Tiburon Forum. Mine is a 2000 2.0 SE.

Second, I did not order my 2.0 Beta Engine Oil Cap from SFR via eBay. I ordered directly from the SFR website paying by PayPal.

Third, while awaiting delivery I contacted SFR as kdmguy on eBay using my own eBay ID asking a seperate question about a different item. I received a reply within 24 hours.

Fourth, via email I gave early notice to SFR of my concerns about my items non-delivery. I received no reply to that, or any other subsequent email about it.

Fifth, when I involved PayPal via the PayPal Resolution Centre they also never received a single reply. Even when the PayPal Non-Receipt Dispute advanced to a Claim as a result of SFR's lack of communication, no reaction from SFR was forthcoming.

Sixth, on the matter of Customs holding items. On the same day I ordered my item from SFR, I ordered from KSPEC in Korea an item of similar size to the one ordered from SFR, the KSPEC item arrived within 14 days.

Finally, many of you may feel that everything you need to know about SFR's attitude to customer service was contained in his curt respnse. I certainly don't think I need to comment any further...
