pricing/membership info
is there a set multiplier that sharkracing members get off their products? i am getting tired of waiting so long to get responses. there have been quite a few times where i received no response at all. if they just told us we could take such and such percentage off each item, it would a lot easier. on the same topic, has anyone heard about their sticker machine?? i have been a member since last july and i have never received my stickers or any membership info. isn't the membership only good for a year? someone please fill me in.

Best of luck man, many of us have had to wait rediculous lengths of time to get even our joining materials, and buying something takes even longer usually.
Email Elizabeth directly, she's helped me out quite a bit.
Even so, it usually still takes about 3 weeks for me, a paid member to get a reply.
There is no "Set" percentage off of their products, I've asked and it's usually a decent amount. If it's an item from another MFR, it's about 5%.

Uhm, Yam, he didn't ask about buying. He wanted to know about a way to figure his discounts himself instead of waiting for the emails to be returned. He also asked about his membership stuff.
saw this and just felt like posting my 2 cents....shark racing has some great products but IN MY OPINION their customer service is worse then mcdonald's (no offense mckee D employees) i ordered a front bumper from the new style kit for my 1st gen tib and it took almost an entire year to get it, i emailed them only a monthly basis and never got a response i had to make long distance calls everytime i wanted any info about it and out of the 5 times i called i think only once i was given an actual time frame of shipment....i will never order again unless i plan to take 5 years with my project
1. Red : The fastest way to ask for a discount on a product is to call and ask for the discount price, which is why the phone number was given. As far as specific membership questions go, I do not have much to do with that, he should do as you already said and email elizabeth.

This time you will be warned, but as per the rules, the next infraction will result in a temporary suspension. Also, there is no need to exaggerate. Did it take a long time to get your bumper? Yes, absolutely. Did it take 12 months like you said? Not even close. You ordered it in May of last year, and got it in August. As far as not getting a specific time frame when you called, Im sure whoever you talked to would not want to lie to you. If they didnt know the time of arrival since it was coming from Australia, they are not autorized to give a ETA.
