Default phone call

Hi ive got to give customer services a ring about sorting out what to do with the money left from my rear lights. Where exactly does this phone no go to is is the US or S Korea. I ask because i need to know the dailing code etc as when i tried to ring (001)760-721-1177 it just kept ringing off. Is this still the number or do i need another as they didnt put this in the email reply.

Its ok forget that i managed to get through it must have been a line fault. Hopefully now i have a big brake kit and pads on the way now that i have payed the extra and i must say i dont know wheather that was one of the new staff or what but he was very helpfull and it was al sorted and payed for in about 5 mins flat. Hopefully if the delivery goes well it looks like SR might be getting back on track at last. Just thought id post a possitive result so far as all there seems to be is slagging.
