To all SharkRacing:

In addition to my previous post (95-99 Accent Euro lights), I also e-mailed SR more than 2 weeks ago about an estimated delivery time for door sills and never got a response. Does SR not want any business??
There are about 5 items that I'm very interested in buying, but I have no faith in SR customer service. You are ignoring the questions, concerns and complaints from customers in threads about your products and customer service. I've bought your products before, and got great transaction and delivery service, but now you all seem preoccupied with more important things. I don't see how you guys are still in business.
I propose you adopt a company motto: "Here At SharkRacing, Almost Is Good Enough".

100% of all emails sent to orders@sharkracing.com have been replied to. Is this the address you are using? Have you tried calling? Thats always the fastest way to get your questions answered.
