F***en yeah, i want my hoses pronto!! I've waited long enough an i really cant believe they take this long to make some hoses, and its not because of the color cause if this color is the most popullar it means they should make them in more of them.

I want to know where the f*** are my hoses. Sorry but i am really tiered of waiting this long.

 

They were shipped out to me today, scheduled delivery is for Friday then I will turn around and ship them right back out to you guys. Will have those tracking numbers for you guys by Monday at the lastest. I would create the labels now but UPS might void them before Friday.

Hello?! Hey, we need an update!!

You said you were getting the hoses on Frieday and would have a tracking number for us at the latest on monday, its already mid-week and we dont have our tracking numbers.

I want to a full refund by the end of this week if you dont have the hoses, if you happen to get the hoses next week after you refund my money i will consider buying then again only after you show me (us) proof that you already got the hoses.

I am really tired of waiting for so long and it's the same story over and over, same here with the hoses as with the exhaust and i really dont believe you anymore. You always come here with the same updates every time, "I wasnt able to update soon cause i was so busy, the items will, are, have been shipped to me, as soon as i get them i'll turn back and send them right at you." That's what you have told us every single time you come. Last time you said you would get them on Frieday and give us our tracking numbers on Monday and we havent gotten any and not even a single update.

I want to know what's happeing with this, if you havent and dont recieve the hoses by Sunday, i want my money back, and again, if you happen to get the hoses by next week i'll buy them off of you again.

Sorry to be so b****y but i cant take it any more, i'm tired of waiting for five months now and it shouldnt take this long to make some hoses they already have designed for the GKs.

Did you PM them with tracking? PM and Email them, Phantom is about to lose Vendor status, I've had enough.

 

I PMed him with the same post i did above and same goes with the e-mail but that is as far as i can go, no other way of getting in touch with them.

 

Anyone tried to call them on the number on their site?>

 

wow, its really sad, phantom had a GB on two favorite products and looks like we are getting screwed on both..

i would take their vendor status away, demand refunds, and put them in the 'not to be trusted category'
