Weren't we in contact with the police in his city? What's the update on that? Also, Did the FBI do anything last time?

 

Alright guys finally got some things resolved and refunds will be going out starting next week. I will be sending Redzman out first because he was the first one to email me over his correct address, and I will be going down the list of ones that have gotten back to me on where to send it.

I won't send out money until I have a definate answer on either refund or wait on the systems (for those if they wanted to) because I will not have the money floating around to an address that might not be correct.

I will pm with the tracking numbers on your refund once it is sent out.

No real answers have really came out of Apexi at this time but I was ensured the systems were being taken care of but I'm not going to hold my breath on it so this is how I will handle this situation from here on out, just needed more confirmation from Apexi since this was considered (upon order placement) special order.

Once again I will pm the tracking number over instead of posting it up due to personal information of recepients once it goes out.

I've sent a couple emails since this thing started. I haven't gotten a response on any of them regarding a refund. I've also sent pms that haven't gotten a response. So just to make everything clear, i would like my money back also. Thanks. If you need my address again, I'll glady send it to you again.

 

Well it's been 2 weeks since the last "update" from phantom, and still no refunds in sight.

As far as I know nobody has gotten anything back from them. If they did, I wouldn't mind hearing how.
