^^^ but that was a GB involving hp.com that was brought over here to warn everyone about their practices.. so anyone at rdt.com has no relation with other sites GBs and now control over it.

 

yeah so I'm still waiting for the refund and/or a replay via email from them. I think they're just trying to buy some more time by saying they're sending out refunds.

I'd be down for a trip. I'm actually going to six flags down there pretty soon so I might swing by if I can.

 

Oh Com on dude i have been a member here since i can remember, the ksport gb is still in the current gb section, i sent a pm to get on the group buy from here and ended up having to post at hp .com just to get a response, now im being shunned from here?

that ksport gb problems topic was started way after the gb fell through,
are you telling me a refund is poss only if i was on the apexi gb?

All i ask is if you can help out another rd member with his refund as it seems to be only you they respond to,
i here they are good people, but its been almost a year since i lost my money.

first, just FYI, im not in charge of how the sales go on here anymore.

but, like i said there was NEVER a GB run on this site for the ksports thru phantomhp.. there was a thread, but no GB.. the only GB held for the ksports was on hp.com.

your not being shunned from anywhere, but obviously no one on here can take care of trying to get you a refund from a purchase or getting in on a GB that wasn't dealt with through this site.. the group buy was held at hp.com, there was a feeler thread here for a GB and nothing ever came of it.

again, im not in charge of this anymore, but any MOD, super MOD, or ADMIN on rdt.com can't really deal with a GB that any of our members got in on, on another site.

hopefully you will get your refund, but you will probably have to deal with phantomhp direct.. its nothing against you or any of the hp.com GB members who got screwed, but one site can't be responsible for taking care of deals that happened on another site..

Nope. Not a thing. Chock it up to Rick/Real Engineering I guess.

So what, this is $2500 I'm out now?
