i installed canuckshark's (amy's) kit on my driveway (yeah, no garage but thanks for the great weather)... overall, she didn't realize how easy it is to install lol.gif

as for the HID kit on the GK, you just need to adjust the headlamp to aim a little lower now. The new HID Conversion won't have the same aim as the old ones.

Hi, I haven't had the time to post before, but my feedback is the kit is sweet, it lightens everything out there so clear, from the outside headlights are seen blueish, and VERY bright, I even had to realign mi lights lower not to blind others (but it's 100% ok IMO to use in the city). From the inside my 9000k kit is seen just white, with a very clear light; in the city you appreciate an improvement, but go to a rural road or highway not iluminated and wow!
I installed my ballasts in the plastic piece behind the bumper, to have them completely isolated from ground (everything is plastic there) and they are in a nice place and not seen. The gromets fit perfectly if you do the holes in the right size; altogether this is a great buy.
I attach a few pics:



You see the little head bolts? They hold the ballasts in place (in addition to the self adhesive they come with)


And here you can see the gromet; you can add some flex silicone if you want, I did not because it seems not necesary...

 

There are less than 10 HID Conversion kits left and they must be sold soon!!!
