It's different than yours. This one is better flowing. It's just the exhaust pipe from the engine side welded to a pipe with a bigger diameter and has the netted thingy inside and then at the end of resonator it's welded to the rest of the piping. There is no other pipes inside, just the material that they use for muffler to tone them down smile.gif

http://www.importshark.com/store/RDMotoria1.php

Click on that link and you'll be able to order the exhaust. YOu can pay with paypal or by credit card online.

This exhaust should bolt on to your existing cat if your cat has a 3 bolt flange.

okay. super. i'm liking this exhaust because it doesn't stick out that much.

why is the flange bent? what's up with that?

my cat is a 2 flange. but when i get my GT headers in the downpipe will be 3 flange so the only possible cat will be on the exhaust.

I wouldn't use 2.25 for 250whp... you might get away with 200. Stock on my Mitsu was 2.25 and it created a lot of backpressure and heat stock... problems such as this are why Mitsubishi waited so long to get into the 10 yr/100,000 mile warranty stuff, they wanted all the DSMs to be out of warranty.

Id really like to get this, considering the cheapest for me at a local shop is no less than $250. But, Hamhead, you dont think that this could really handle a max of 10 psi pushed by a T3? Or you think id be ok?

2.25" is the ID. OD is 2.4", this exhaust is big enough for 250whp.

HKC, it sounds a little quieter with the silences on, and no you don't need to install it. Bent flange didn't effect anything, it fit perfect smile.gif

Double, this exhaust will be more than enough for 10psi on t3. It's not restrictive at all smile.gif Pretty much a straight through design smile.gif

I'm gonna make a new thread about this so hang on.

Here is link to my thread about motoria exhaust:

Are you saying...

Inside Diameter = 2.25
Onside Diameter = 2.4

Inside the exhaust is how big it is measured, not the outside. The outside width just shows the thickness of the metal, thinner metal is what creates that buzzing sound and a little more heat loss.

The inside (ID...?) of my Mitsu's exhaust was 2.25 and created overheating of the engine problems and too much backpressure when the PSI was bumped to 14 stock (~195whp).
