Quality is the exhaust is amazing! Welds are very professional and look great! Muffler looks great as well. Everything is perfect except the 3 bolt flange at the end of the pipe... it's freaking crooked. It looks like this: /

If the weather is good(anything above 40 with no rain will do) I'll be putting header and exhaust on tomorrow and see if I can work around that freaking flange, maybe you can just push it all together and it will be fine, if not I'll just take it to the shop to get that flange rewelded.

Alright, Im down for one, but what Im wondering is, is the header install completly bolt on, or would I need to do anything else. And would I need to replace the stock cat, if so how much would that cost. If its too much hassle for the headers Ill just get catback and stick with the stockers.

Should bolt on but if you are worried about emmisions I would get a cat to go in place of the extension. $30-$100 depending on which you get.

BTW ... EVERYONE, I have to go to Erie PA on some business so any orders made between now and monday will be shipped Tuesday.

WoH!eek.gif ok so if it is true that the exhaust is good till 250whp thats just about as high as i want to go... in the way future i might take it higher. About what PSI is this on a T3/T4 Turbo? i might be back in on this...

And Import shark if you see this before you leave maybe you can grab an exhaust and drop it off in fredonia, im near Erie...wink1.gif

on a small t3/t4 it will be about 10-12psi depending on your setup.

If this exhaust will perform as good as it looks I will be very happy.

and FYI, it has a very nice resonator, which has that netted thingy, looks very nice and should definitely lower the noise smile.gif

OP, can you tell if the resonator on your catback is as I described previously?
