Only variations of the Mitsubishi TD04 turbo will bolt up to our 2.0L cast exhaust manifold. We have used TD05's and TD06's on larger displacement engines, but the flanges are different and they will not "bolt up".

Sorry sir...

Well as long as you stand by this...

Alpine has traditionally NOT been in the business of offering "stage one"/"stage two" upgrades for their applications (since most of their applications are OE compliant), and especially offering "hybrid" bigger turbos (although that will change for the applications being offered in here in the states while I have anything to say about it).
Im happy

We are very confident that our new ECU management system will solve the current issues experiencing with the Unichip on the 2.0L Hyundai's, but have not had the chance to implement on this application yet.

Unfortunately (for you Hyundai guys), we are just finishing up on our 3 different turbo applications for GM (private label kits which we will not be able to sell ourselves), and our "black-box" ECU management gurus are finishing up on the maps and programs for these 3 Saturn applications now, with the 2.0L Hyundai's next in line for mapping and programming. We're almost finished on the re-engineeriong of the "aqua-cooled" turbo for the Beta II engine, and have been test-fitting the new intake manifold for the Beta II s/c kit now as well, and will need this "black-box" programming before we can complete each of these kits. We will also be using this "black-box" ECU management for our 1ZZ/2ZZ Toyota applications, and for the 2.5L/3.5L Nissan applications we are beginning development on as well.

I know how you guys "soak up" this kind of info, but have been very busy just trying to answer the hundreds of e-mails were still getting on a daily basis, and taking care of my other "sales & marketing" duties arouond here!

Thanks for being patient, and will do the best I can at keeping all of you enthusiasts up-to-date on any new developments.

My only regret is that in my eagerness to pass on information, sometimes too early, so much so that some plans get changed, or delayed, or other things take priority, that it looks like we don't "follow through" with our promises!

Anyways, thanks again for everyone's continued interest, and patience with our products.

Steve

I'm trying to...

So far, I've found out that the Garrett T-25 has the same flange configuration, and will bolt up to our exhaust manifold. I'm still waiting for a reply from our S. African office, but no answer yet from them. I will pass on any news as soon as I get it.

Again, thanks for being patient!

Steve dunno
