I say k-spec is a great company to work with. Great service, great attitude, and very professional. I've had way to many skimish companys that I've come across. K-spec, keep up the awesome work.

Kspec has great service. I got all the things I ordered from them within a week. My only complaint is the Korean newspapers they use as packing material lol. Its all good though fing02.gif

Great Service!
I got my 3way windshield washer nozzles within a week. That's from Korea to the Netherlands.

Sorry guys, but I have to weigh in here. No disrespect Redz. I ordered some clear corners like 2.5 weeks ago. I recieved an email from them a week ago saying they didn't have my correct address. Funny, because the address they had (which they sent me to verify) was the correct one. Still no clear corners. I am not dissing anyone in particular, I jut don't agree with everyone else's opinion so far.

You don't need to agree mang, things happen. The Korean office readies all of the orders, and they review addresses. If something looks wrong, they attempt to contact the person that ordered. Unfortunately, the emails from our sales team go into a LOT of folks spam folders, even mine and I have them on my "CLEARED" list. If you have AOL or Hotmail, get a REAL email address that you can control, we have the most problems with them.

Anyways, they attempt to find out about the address, and won't ship it until then.

After that, items are shipped and your name is put on our "Sent Out List". Often items are recieved in less than a week. But then sometimes Customs grabs your shipment to check it out, and this can delay items up to a month. I recently had it happen to one of mine. It was sent out on like the 5th and I got it the 9th of the next month. The label even had the 5th on it as the sending date. Customs just happened to get that package.

I don't remember seeing you post about it in our forums at Kspec.com man, and that's where we do our customer service. Next time you have a issue, post there, do NOT EMAIL ABOUT IT! We get over 500 Spam emails a day, so that's why we do customer service via our forums.

I personally think that the Korean office confirming the address is a GOOD thing for both parties. It keeps some guy in a different city from ending up with your parts wondering WTF Mobis and a Turbulence is.
