OK I am resurrecting this old post because:

a) I also back that kspec has a great customer service (it has a lot to do with REDZ and David being there)
and
b) Because I wanted to ask this:
Is David Owner of kspec or just an employee?
And, is everythink OK now with his family or is he in trouble?

Even custom orders of mine were shipped in a couple of days. Korea to Israel!!!

They do rock!!

 

I just got my Clear Corners from them and it took only a week. Which is freakin awesome since it is coming from Korea. However it would of been nice if it was packed with something more than just old newspapers.

 

LOL, I just got my water pump and valve cover...

holes in 7 of the 8 corners on the box...
valve cover was wrapped in plastic very nicely, very glad since the water pump/pulleys would have ripped/scratched the crap out of it if it hadn't. But one of the holes was big enough for the idle pulley(in the box) to fall out of...that gives you an idea of what packages go through in the US Airline World...

I work on the damn ramp these packages get loaded and unloaded on (into and out of planes...)...
I SEE what happens to them.. there is one rule and one rule only, you cannot leave US Mail Packages on an UNCOVERED cart (even in sunny weather). There are USPS Workers THERE on the ramp and their SOLE PURPOSE is to make sure this never happens. NOTE: it doesn't matter HOW the box get's to that cart, kicked...thrown in a fade away toss, hit with a baseball bat, ...blown back bythe thrust of a DeHAvilland's prop blast..

So Kspec!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LISTEN UP!!!!!!!!!
LEARN TO PACKAGE YOUR MATERIALS SO THEY DO NOT MOVE AROUND INSIDE THE BOX.

ordered clear corners and bulbs from them on saturday, they shiped out tuesday (kspec ships out orders on tuesday/thursday) and i got it today, the following tuesday

so pretty much 1 week to ship it from korea to canada, order arrived perfectly with no damage and must say... looks fricken sweet on the tib laugh.gif

I've got a complaint, I now finally had a LONG wait for something shipped. It left Korea on the 9th and showed up yesterday.

Best packing job they've done for me yet though.
