I only ever ordered one thing from kspec and it took over a month to get here. They claimed that the product was out of stock, but after reading that I'm not so sure anymore.

Anyway, good luck at sfr redz. I never really checked the site out before, but I will definitely take a closer look now.

I ordered my Bros gauges from kspec. They came quicker then most things i've ordered from the US. I have no complaints at all.

Ive dont know you personaly REDZ, but id also like to offer my best wishes and compliments on getting out of kspec. Also thank you for letting all of us know about whats been going on. You prorobly just saved me a bunch of time, hassel, and possibly lost parts/money, since i was just about to order a bunch of stuff.

On another note, i think that it was definatly their loss. Since ive been poking around the boards reading your post (havnt been doing much with my RD2 yet), ive realy come to respect you, and your knowledge. Withought your support i think they are very likely toast.

And I had few. Seriously, I got my last package from them in 3 days. 3 days from shipping to opening the box.

Unfortunately, it had 2 of 3 of the wrong parts in it, that I'd been trying to get for 8 months.

Its just they never listened to you anyway. I know you told them several times about their crappy packaging (as evidenced with my headers/im), nothing changed. Don't see why they hired you besides to be the person customers complain to. They never talked to you anyway.

Heh, they finally noticed.

Funny thing though, they are still linked to the forums.

LOL

Look at what Taekmin/David had to say.

Dear users at NT,

We are not in any way of discontinuing our service to NT and other visitors on our site.
Redzman has quitted even without letting us know.
But I won't go far with that.

Order problems, delays have been always worked out as long as communications were made.
However, we cannot be responsible for e-mails not going through on certain servers or span features.

We are 100% sure to say that we reply to all e-mails we get daily.

It really doesn't matter who speaks what about us.
We have the same mind and goal ever since we started back in 2002.
And we do promise to offer same service and support not just to NT memebers but whoever visits our place.

Thank you.

Now, keep in mind they had forums here too. Notice any posts here? Nope. Also, anyone else think it's funny that they posted this, in the same thread where a bunch of folks are complaining about them?
