Damn and i thought KSPEC was still doing good, i havent bought anything from them in a year or so but when i bought my clear corners i know they got here wicked fast, sucks to see such a sure thing go down the tubes like that...

But things change and its time to move on, good decision redz, no need for people to think your part of the new-found kspec shadyness.

Redz if your looking to start a site and run on your own to sell parts theres always RD, i know youd have to arrange all the parts and contacts in korea yourself and thats a big endevor but the option is always there. just putting it out there, we've got the forum traffic, and if there was a "store" section im sure itd do well...

He does have a good point.

sorry to hear the end has come. It's gonna be weird not hearing "KSpec" come out of your mouth. You were a walking flashing billboard. You were as loyal to them as anyone could be, while doing everything in your power to protect them. The fact that you're separating yourself from KSpec says a lot as to what's going on with the company. Maybe it will prompt them to take action to fix things

on a side note is seoulfulracing basically the same? I mean can they get all the same OEM parts for a decent price. One thing that couldnt be beat about kspec was the prices were great. well either great or just rediculous on a few things if i remember

I'm glad that you have backed out. I think kspec has done some damage on you also IMO. It must have been hard for you to try an save kspec alot of times. I'm glad that i have never had the problems that some people have.

dang, well that sucks but at least it's not any worse. Sometimes when partnerships breakup it can get nasty(experience). Let me know if you need anything changed with their forums(as in deleted).

I still have had items show up extremely fast. I had one box of 3 items take 2 days to get here. 2 friggin days. And that was last month. Unfortunately, 2 of the items were things I haven't needed in 6 months.

As for the future, I have accepted a new position. I've always been taught not to quit without having a backup job setup already, and this is the same thing. I guess not many folks have seen or know, but I'm now the US Admin for...

Seoulfulracing.com

I've been chatting with Jay, the owner for a couple of months now. He's VERY easy to get ahold of, and has none of the personal rules about selling only specific parts.

There are plans, and sometime in the future there could be a US branch.

We'll see where they go.

Ye, I heard some guys over on NT talking about KSpec really sucking it up and possibly going under. Wrote it off as GK nonsense, but I guess it was pretty much true.

Some of it is. Some of it is just folks wanting the moon and we can only offer them a replacement Tuscani emblem. Others are right to complain. I'm just not going to be the brunt of it anymore.

Thanks my man. They've had their chances, and I hope they stay around somewhat, but at the same time, I can't be too hopeful.

Basicly the same how? SFR is run differently. They pay attention to their customers. They automatically send out email notifications that your item has shipped (This is 2007, don't you think the "sent out list" idea is a bit past it's prime? By maybe 10 or 15 years?), and they have the passion. As for pricing, I've been watching SFR for a few months now, if the price isn't near what Kspec has it for, mention it to Jay or me.

Yeah, they have. That's for sure. I didn't really see how much till I've read around for the past month or so and seen my attitude compared to how it was on that site. I took their failures to heart and just continued to work because I was paid. That's wrong. I apologize to anyone and EVERYONE that I offended by being brash or outright to. I'm a straight forward person, always will be, but when money is in the mix, I should present myself better. If you can't critique yourself, who can you critique?

Nothing as of yet. They probably don't even know yet and won't for a month. Nothing nasty for me, I have no other ties than the forums and I took care of that.

Very unfortunate to hear that the loyalty you had towards them seemed to go unnoticed, while unethical practices continue. Best of luck in future endeavors I am sure SFR will be happy to have someone with your attributes.

saw this coming for a while. i knew when you stopped mentioning their name in every request for stock parts it would be happening soon. im glad you did it, nobody should have to deal with stress for a company when they really dont have ANY physicla means of fixing it.

good job on the resignation, and congrats on the new position. jay really did pick up someone good on his roster, and i'm excited to see waht will come out of this.
