Jspeed only sells a crank pulley, but its supposed to be awesome?

Wrong, they sell all the pulleys. The key is, Korea does not recognize the US as having a aftermarket, so they do not make parts for us. If the parts are identical, then we are in luck, in this case, the RD1 and RD2 pulleys in the US aren't the exact same to the KSpec models.

It is awesome, I got one on my couch.

SR sells a complete set but theres a 50% chance of receiving it

And even less of a chance ever hearing back from them if there is a problem. Which, for some reason, plague them alot.

And its been proven that all three pulleys do yield gains.

Yep.

So, if I got a Jspeed crank..wheres the best place to get water + power pulleys?

We are currently trying to get a guy in Canada to make them for us.

And lets say I went with them, which belts would need replacing?

Went with who? You need to replace any belts that will be smaller
