Yep. That's the Power Pulleys, the Water Pump and Steering Pump pulley set. Not the Crank Pulley.

So what pulleys come in this http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=79&ai_id=18 ?
And there are nice gains from it?
And you WILL need to buy different belts?

Not trying to hijack but I've got some questions also ..
What is better, the unorthodox crank pulley, or the jspeed one?
Do you need to change the belts for the UR pulley?
Do you feel gains from having the water, ac, and steering pump pulleys? Where do you get those, I don't see them on kspec..?
What's the difference between overdrive and underdrive? Wouldn't having one the same size as OEM be better? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...sspagename=WDVW ?
and http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...sspagename=WDVW ? What pulleys come in those OBX power pulley "kits" ?

Uhm, the ONE pulley listed comes with it. LOL

It's the crank pulley, same one I just got.

From everything I've been told, YES.

QUOTE

Yup.

QUOTE

Who knows. Unorthodox emailed me back and told me they no longer make them, so any out there are the LAST in stock. They are about the same weight, so I don't see any real difference besides name.

QUOTE

You'd have to research that man.

QUOTE

YES. ABQELANTRA put them on his 04 Elantra, loves them to death. Said it's quite a noticable difference. Now that I think about it, I drove his car after he put them on, and it was VERY nice.

http://www.kspec.com/main.php?s=pulley

Those are all of our pulley sets. The KDM pulleys and the 2 different sets in the US market are all slightly different, we pulled them from the store to stop the problem.

Click on the link above to UR's FAQ, it will list it all for you.

Depends on what you are lookin for.

Water and Power Steering. Good luck getting them to fit. Several folks here have had to modify them to get them to fit.

These are the power and water pulleys http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=81&ai_id=201
Do we have the same pulleys as Beta 2 engines?
Can we request colors?

No, we don't. We share SOME of the same pulleys, but we need to get a ACCURATE comprehensive list going of them.

Yes, ifyou are willing to wait.

My debate is whether I should go with the Shark Racing pulley set, or just the JSpeed crank? SR provides two belts needed for installation, which will save me a big hassle..

Err.. they claim that the SR pulleys weigh appoximately half the weight of an OEM pulley. That would mean a SR pulley weighs about 2 1/2 lbs.

Doesn't the UR pulley weigh 10 OUNCES?

Where do we get water/power pulleys for RD1 then?
The only ones on KSpec are http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=81&ai_id=201 which are for the Tusc..

Look on UR's website, it says "shipping weight for this item 2.5lbs" under the crank pulley for the Tib.

All the crank pulleys available to us JSpeed, UR, SR (do you want to count SR as available, you'll probably never receive it lol.gif) are the same weight .. which is half of OEM.

I am also wondering about the belt issue, if we go with JSpeed or UR and need another belt, where do we get it from? From what I've seen the UR one doesn't seem like it needs another belt.

Yeah, but trying to ever get your stuff is a PITA from them. Not to mention, the GIM pulleys I've been told are considered very poor quality by the Koreans.

I weighed the Jspeed Crank pulley, it's just over 300 Grams.

Now Im confused..
fart.gif

Jspeed only sells a crank pulley, but its supposed to be awesome?

SR sells a complete set but theres a 50% chance of receiving it

And its been proven that all three pulleys do yield gains.

So, if I got a Jspeed crank..wheres the best place to get water + power pulleys?

And lets say I went with them, which belts would need replacing?

Thanks

Aviv
