I wonder if sr has a magic light that can tell them before you say one word if you are calling for an order or if you are calling for a refund. Despite everything i called today just to satisfy the demands of the website which clearly does NOT say you have to call for a refund on taillights. I would like to say that if i took a bunch of money and messed up and kept the money for a year i would have kept something that had the info for each persons money i took so that when i needed to refund them i could do it PROMPTLY!! well luckily im watching a clock so i WILL NOT lie about how long i waited on hold but i will say this, i started this message as a started the call and im a slow typer(40 wpm) so you should know i have had some idle time on hold. I figure actually that this message will give you a good idea of how long i was on the phone. (well i took a break for the 2 mins i talked to bradley, who i should say was very helpful and understanding). Kind of a long wait at first but its handled so thank goodness for that.

ok i know someone saw that coming, anyways good luck to everyone on their refunds and i was told the bank would be sending me a check in TWO - TWO AND A HALF weeks

The website does say you have to call. However, there was a mistake on there, which i just noticed after checking now to see what it said. This is what it has said:

I dont know how that other word email got in there, but now that one word was changed so that others dont make the same assumption.

Must not have been me you talked to...I didnt have any phone conversations over 4-6 minutes yesterday! :-P Also, if youre paying 40 cents a minute for state to state, go to www.lowermybills.com I switched over to them. They give like 5 cents a minute, anywhere in the usa....

Well no matter who it was that i talked to, i was very greatful for the help and just posted this so that more people could see that even i was helped promptly and that shark racing was back to business on helping people in a timely fashion with good customer service. thanks all

I have to agree with Relic, I called SR about a refund I didn't receive and they were very helpful. I ended up receiving my refund a couple days later. So, I'd reccommend calling over e-mail as well. Just my 2 cents though.
