We don't lower the value for importing to USA, since we have obligation doing biz here.
For products ship directly to other countries like yourslef, we can offer value like $20 or mentioned as Gift item or serivce return to avoid necessary charges from custom.
Only problem...never happen so far...the insurance value only will be given to the invoice value or whatever was mentioned.
