I wonder if anyone here was in on that exhaust GB they had?

 

In all honesty I don't think that was finished. I really can't remember. I do remember thinking about getting it and then MUSSA and Rick started talking about other systems for all generations. I think ARK's was just for RD2's.

 

I'm very glad that the history of ARK was posted...I was going to send money on that GB untill I had heard what went on..

Yeah, I admit that, they look nice from the top, but look how skimpy it is from the side. Now remember, a NICE THICK BOLT should be holding that to the arms, and the bar should be SOLID, or oval, if it's shaped like this ] , you'll have issues.

That actually hurts that you would say that man. Really. Kspec, and myself, are the FIRST to send you somewhere else if we know they have the product for cheaper or better quality. Since I've worked for David I've tried to bring MANY manufacturers on line with parts for us, and some have done so, in direct competition to us. Shady business is shady business, and I, for one, have seen ENOUGH of my fellow Hyundai Tuners get Phucked.



No, it didn't, it got merged with the Misc Vendors forum. One of their reps spoke and typed VERY good english and is from the US, the other one didn't, but didn't get burned for it. Again, it is BUSINESS PRACTICES, that brought their RD empire to a halt.

Between shiz like that thread, and the "We've been doing Aftermarket parts for 15 years in Korea (No one in Korea has EVER heard of them)", and the statements like "We will be doing more parts for the RD community and finally have you happy" and bringing over a few no name exhausts.

i've seen a lot of ark'ers in NT. somebody should check with them. but... we'd get bashed for posting there.

 

well i did get the strut bar yesterday. It looks REALLY good. Might have been a lil bit thicker, but it looks like it will do the job for sure. Coming from cali to NY shipping wasnt too long at all, less than a week. i'm impressed overall, i thought i was gonna get ripped due to all the bashing of ark going on here...

KayJai: The bottom of it looks just like the top of it except without the ARK logo on it... it looks mint. I can get you a pic if needed also.

However, i'm not gonna be able to install it for about a month (yahoo!!! only 1 more month left!!!), so i'll let you guys know how the fitment is yada yada yada...
