Phantom, can you please tell us who you ordered these through to get them from Apexi? I need a status on this, it's been 4 months and I need a full friggin exhaust ASAP. Cops are bugging me about my current one.

Please come and answer this.

Are we 100% guaranteed to recieve these? I'd hate to think that one guy was right about phantom just taking everyones cash and screwing them over.

Hasn't been on the site on a week so... last active 23th of March.

I'm glad I have a hatred of GBs sometimes.

Sorry guys I haven't been able to sign in as much as I would like to due to school and some final projects Mike and I have going on.

I posted an update in the Samco Hoses thread without realizing it was in the wrong place I just did it all as one and forgot to copy down here so thats what I have done below.

Also when the group buy started we stressed that it could take a while, this is a speical order only item that we fought to get made. We see it as a pretty big order, so do you guys, but in reality its a tiny order for major companies so we had to fight for it.
These systems were ordered, processed and went over to be custom made over in Japan. Then each one had to be made, tested, fitted to ensure once you guys get them they would be a perfect fit since they are special ordered.
I honestly didn't think it would take this long but it does take time to get products basically developed and brought over. There are circumstances that might occur that neither of us have control over. Its not just a straight shot from there to here on shipping as I am told. There is ports/customs that the systems have to go through before they can get here. I posted up when I was told they were shipped, and being in transit, and was told any updates would be immediately given to me.
If I can ask for alittle more patience as we are here to prove ourselves to you guys and many others. Yes this was a harder group buy then most because they are having to be made, these weren't just sitting on a shelve in some warehouse.

Any updates I will immedately post.
Here is what was posted in the hoses thread as well.
Also it is getting close for the exhaust systems, originally we asked for air freight but due to an huge amount to do that, the vendor choose not to air freight them. In reality the price for these systems were cheap and there wasn't much mark up at all, not enough to cover air freight plus shipping to you guys because I was unaware of the amount it would cost for 8 systems that was on that order, it would of made us have to charge you guys more and we just couldn't do that. It was a good enough deal in my opinion just for the price we listed them at and even getting them as apparently no other business was wanting to have them made because it was ALOT of phone calls and convincing on our part to get them done.

Once again they said they would notify me as soon as they are in the states. I apologize guys I honestly didn't know special ordering would present any problems at all.

Thanks
Michelle

We understand all of that, but passively waiting for updates isn't helping here. We need a PROACTIVE seller to constantly bug for the status of the order. I've shipped sea freight. Including loading and unloading times, you are talking 30 to 45 days, maximum. Then maybe 2 to 4 weeks in customs here in the US.

Telling us that "it has left Japan" is nice and all, but seriously, considering that Phantom is trying to get a good name going here, waiting for updates isn't helping anyone.

You know what? PM me, I believe my spot is for sale. I can't afford an exhaust ticket and need my exhaust done before the next show.

So, these won't be in anytime before the 13th after all. 02.gif It's not your fault, Phantom, but I'd love to hear some good info soon.
