Would the 'maintec GT headers' work well with the apexi n1 and a turbo setup?

Yes they will work, you'll probably have to cut the exhaust a little to fit the header but it's no big deal..

Cut it? Like just cut a little piece off because it's too long?

Catalytic Converter. I have been running rich (CEL) and it has caused my CAT to start coming apart inside. When I rev it sounds like there is a bunch of gravel inside it.

If you think GT Headers work with a turbo then you have no business near a turbo.
