I ordered back in oct 01 and have been patient and explained to my friends time after time "Seriously guys i ordered euros and they are coming". After a while my friends would just laugh and say seriously guys they're coming right...WHERE ARE THEY and i just smiled and said well everything else has showed up. Im done smiling. I asked for a refund and i am going to email them 1 time a day for the first week. Then 5 times a day the second week. By week 3 im gonna start sending as many emails as i can a day so they will give me my money and SHUT ME UP. For anyone who has heard email customer service.. i feel for you. I think the words MASS ORDER REFUNDS or CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT need to come into play. even $200 dollars earns interest in a year.
Well, you might want to consider contacting the BBB> It got me results.

Writing the bbb will not get the euro lights done any faster, nor get any faster reply that other methods. The most direct way to customer service still remains calling....All recent emails have been being answered within 3 business days, while the older emails are still being caught up to.

If the fastest way is email id hate to see the slowest i have sent a mail about once every 2 weeks for the last 6 weeks and as of yet not one has been replied to. Id say thats one older one recent and one in the middle. So all of them have not been answered. Instead of replieing to each mail(if that is everdone) everone who writes in an email about the lights should just get added to an address group and sent an update say once a month or maybe less. That way we all know whats happening an only one mail has to be wrote and forwarded. Unlike a lot of people i still want these lights so just an update would be good as they dont take this long to be sent to a distributor, As the site states they have been.

Well, it may not get them any faster, but SOMEthing will happen. Otherwise it's just more empty promises and internet fraud. The problem is no answers and always excuses or just ignoring people.

What kind of way is that to run a business?

But I digress...

For all of those who are complaining regarding the light, JUST ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK! It's that simple.

The problem is a lot of us dont want our cash back we just want an update as there has been nothing if i was told it will be another month fine id be happy with that. I love the look of the lights and cant wait to fit them. I just want to know what the hell is happening and why we are being ignored. I never even got a reply on that free gift they were offering because of the delay. Was that just a con to sweeten us up a bit.

Yes I agree writing the BBB will not get the lights, but it doesn't seem like we will be getting them regardless. At least contacting the BBB, others will be aware of this problem in the future. I think we have been waiting as patient as possible, but it may be time to look into other options. I have contacted customer service and they assured me no interest is being gained, so not only are they holding my money they are taking me for a fool!

If memory serves me correctly, SR is not the one manufacturing the lights. Therefore, SR is not the ones holding up the process but the manufacturer that SR chose to make the lights. I'm sure SR is just as frustrated with the whole ordeal as you.
