Anyone got news about first gen altezza`s?

Anyone can shed light on this? Do not tell me customer service....they were ordered on the 21st of October 2001 and i still hope for them! Sam or Yam? The ports are reopened now! Thank`s for letting us know!

that's kinda sad taht some ppl paid money like an year ago and they still didnt not receive it and also whenever they try to ask ppl, they only tell them to e-mail customer service...
i always liked sharkracing but im kinda disappointed at 1 gen altezza.

Moving to the Shark Racing forum. And you guys are right, your best bet is to email customer servive. Otherwise, you can sit tight and hope that someone from SR reads this thread in the SR forum and will answer it for ya. Good luck with everything.....

Yeh its a bit of a pain the wait but shark racing was ****ed around as much as us waiting.The've allways come through before so hopefully they will this time. I just wish they would answer my emails.

I would like to know how to get my money back for my order. I have been emailing and emailing with no response. I was given a choice to get money back and I would like to use that option. I am tired of waiting and being without my cash. SR if you see this please contact me.Also I had sent back my short shifter and was supposed to get a new one sent to me. Can get an answere on that either. I am really dissapointed in the comunication. Anyone who can get a reply from them please send them here.

As the website states, they are still getting caught up with the emails that compiled during SEMA. They are getting to them alphabetically, and should be all caught up by the end of next week. If you think your email didnt get through, or do not want to wait, call between 9-5 PACIFIC standard time...
I ordered back in oct 01 and have been patient and explained to my friends time after time "Seriously guys i ordered euros and they are coming". After a while my friends would just laugh and say seriously guys they're coming right...WHERE ARE THEY and i just smiled and said well everything else has showed up. Im done smiling. I asked for a refund and i am going to email them 1 time a day for the first week. Then 5 times a day the second week. By week 3 im gonna start sending as many emails as i can a day so they will give me my money and SHUT ME UP. For anyone who has heard email customer service.. i feel for you. I think the words MASS ORDER REFUNDS or CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT need to come into play. even $200 dollars earns interest in a year.
