Hi,
I have sent you several messages regarding my order status, however, I have not received any reply.
Would you please inform me of the status of my fenders, as the money order have been received a while ago by someone at your CA office. I have contacted the courrier and the web site indicates that the money has been received about a week and a half ago.
I would also request the order status for my strut bars and decals, as that order was placed a while back as well.

Because the fenders were a present.
Were the fenders sent out? As Sam is well aware of the miscommunication that went going for 6 months, I have been quite patient and understanding of any surrounding situation, but I think I have waited long enough for the product. I would appreciate a response to my questions: if the fenders were shipped out, if they were, is there a tracking #? If not, when can I expect them to arrive?
I have made sure to send the money order as requested and I paid a large fee, so the money can arrive ASAP to the CA office.
I do want to say that I am quite dissapointed with the service that I have received and I am disputing whether or not I should continue my business with you. I appreciate all the other efforts that were made, and the growth that your company has made over the couple of month; however a better service would be greatly appreciated.

apparantly this order was arranged to be sent out without the group buy and was supposed to arrive around july 6th.
she was told by sam that they had been shipped already and were on their way. she would just like to track down where these fenders are at this time.

I've already mailed you about this, but the strut bars were sent on June 26, so you should be getting them any day now. The fenders have not been sent yet, as the factory is a little backed up... but they will be sent by 2~3 day air courier service, so you should be getting them soon also...
As far as this miscommunication goes, you mailed me about getting the fenders starting in December of last year, but you could not complete payment on them at that time... That's why I didn't send a set then... I didn't get any mails from you for awhile, and then you said you could send the money order, which you did... and I'm getting the order ready. I really don't understand why you are implying that it's my fault that you couldn't get the fenders for six months... I do empathize that your credit card didn't work in the beginning when you first wanted the fenders, but that is a situation that couldn't be helped.
