ok thast much better im sure she will accept that answer that is all she was looking to here if they were shipped out and when.

its not trying to put blame on anyone here jsut trying to figure out what was happening. i know people here were getting upset , but im sure that it was just that she was dying to get a strait answer. Sam i must say you have been fair about the situatuation and all. it was mainly just about the pondering question of shipping.

Thanks for the strait answer and now we can be one happy family once again.

Yeah... sorry if I sounded a little peeved... It just sounded like she was pissed and I felt like I had to defend myself. I'm not perfect by any means, but I do think that I at least try to get things right if something goes wrong, and I think lots of our customers will agree with me that, although lacking in many respects, our customer service is not bad compared to other online sites.

This is not an excuse, but we have been a little busy lately because we've been moving into our new offices for the past few days, and Ken, my employee, is not feeling well.... So, we're a little backed up on everything... But, I think everything will get back to normal in just a couple of weeks.

yeah i know how hard it can be. i can just imagine how many emails, orders you need to fulfill. its it takes a bit of time until things do get organized.

i would like to say strut bars have been recieved.

Sam from what i have heard you have been more then helpfull in many situations. hope the move goes well.

I have been understanding and everything that you have typed is irrelevant to my statements.

As a company, you should expect and be ready for the volume of requests for orders, e-mails... statuses and so forth. My dissapointment was not with the past experience, but with the present.

And you also have to take whatever critism is given to you to work it for your company. If someone is telling you good things or bad things, take the suggestion and apply it to your company.

I thank you for all your efforts and I appreciate everything that has been done for me. I am sorry that giving you a little feedback wasn't to your likings.

Thanks for everything. I went and pick it up today myself since the shippers never called. They claimed to have called but i work the night shift and im home every morning. Well anyhow i just wanted to thank you for being patient with my wife and I.

P.S. when will you have the new clear tail lights?

No problem redtib. Sorry about that delay. That was uncalled for on the shippers behalf. Those new lights should be ready soon...probably first couple weeks of august. Ask sam..
