If the AOS your'e talking about is one of those Importshark is getting for $55, he's getting me a quote to ship to the U.K for me.

As for moving the fan over, do i take it this should be directly in front of where the heat shield is, if so how come mine is not already in that place did Hyundai cock somthing up on a certain amount of tibs off the production line or something.

As for the paint, took it out for a good run and its fine, i'll keep an eye on it just to see if it changes over time.

Thanks for the addvice guys.

argh, the guy asked for help, so give it!

We have two fans in our cars, the one you have, and a smaller one in front of the heatshield, right next to the fan you currently have. Does the fan you have in your car turn on when it gets hot? Also, did you spray paint your spark plug wires?

I'm not sure which fan is the A/C fan... can anyone tell me if it's the one he has, or if he has the radiator fan?

He can't simply MOVE his fan over... the heatshield is in the way, that's why we have a smaller fan in that location. What would MOVING the fan do anyways? It's still only going to cover half of the radiator?

Thankyou majiktib, if by A/C you meen air con, my ride does not have it as its not the SE model, my wife has it on her tib though so i will look at hers tomorrow to see if she has this smaller fan. Every other car i've had in the past has only had one fan by the radiator, at the end of the day i don't no that much about the mechanics of cars. this is the first car i've ever started to mess with under the bonnet .

Dont worry about the 2nd fan bro, if your car doesnt have A/C then it doesnt require it.

Well done mate, looks good. I just hope it stays nice like that for you and doesn't flake or bubble. Interesting colour choices, Grey and Red.

It also looks alot better with the heat shield covering the stock headers.
