A few weeks ago i changed my engine from this -



to this.


I thought a matt finnish was abit different for a change, but after seing it a few times i decided to change it to gloss finnish, so now it looks like this.



Honest oppinions please.

Looks decent. Nxt time, look up the thread on polishing up everything under the hood, and do the Valve cover with detail. Looks much... $h*7 someone insert the word for me. Also never remove the heatshield with stock headers.

hahaha. I'm sorry is that... Dryer hose??? lol... I had to, sorry!!! AEM or a knock off, something please! Just not the dryer hose! lmao.gif

Anyways, it looks good dude. Nice a clean looking.

You should paint your dip stick to match also!

btw: What happened to the aux fan that sits in front of the exhuast manifold?

Good eyes, I wasn't looking for those! lmao. Get the AOS thats being sold, no knockoff, or get AEM but for the $ your better off for now with the AOS. Also WTF happened to the other fan!? You trying to cook the engine bay? Anyone else see something *WRONG*? Feel like im playing I Spy or fu*k1n Where's Waldo with these pix!

Hey guys, be nice.

He's working on A CAI, but the dryer hose isn't that ABNORMAL, he's routing air in from outside the engine bay.

this is definatly one of my fav mods, i really need to take a day and just clean then paint my valve cover. i had the heatsheild done before but it is crackin and lookin ughh

Guys the hose is just a get me buy type thing untill i sort out my CAI and believe it or not but it has made some difference. we aint all got money to just throw at car stuff you know.

Redz knows what i've done by bringing air from behind where my fogs used to be( nice cold air).
As for this other fan, what are you on about, i aint got a clue , it was like this when i brought it , the only things i have removed are stock filter ,air duct and resinator and fogs. Give us a clue.

Move that fan over PRONTO! Gunna take some work but DO IT! Also, it may help but if you aint got $ for it don't try or think that it will be "fast". As I stated before - Dedication!

I tried dryer hose before my AEM. The Aem makes a huge diff. Is the paint staying like that or is it gettign discoloered?
