^^ now they are not Ericy. i picked them up one night on ebay. they were a clearance item from a company that does seat covers. i couldnt complain, picked the entire set up for 225 bux shipped!

bluerd2, thanks for the comment. i will admit i got that idea from you but i couldnt remember who it was.

lol, duh. forgot to show the new hatchback lighting. i bought a kit from diode dynamics that was (3) 12 led strips and i velcroed them under the cargo cover. used the factory wiring so when i open the trunk, they come on, close it, they turn off.

pic taken from about 15 ft. away and i had everyone in my apt. complex turn off their outdoor lights.

close up pic: the middle strip is a little bluer than the other two, but it doesn't bother me. function over looks on this one.

The company that sold those was just a retailer for Roadwire and their sister cover companies.

Roadwire and the others occasionally have covers ordered that get chargeed back, so they sell them for cost to clear them out.

They are the same quality and such as the ones you order direct, like I got mine.

KFX does have them on their site, and I absolutely love my covers.

Looking good. Me likey. It's nice having AWESOME trunk lighting isn't it?

I did like the member Strike Eagle done and got the cold cathodes from Oznium. 100 times better then that poop stock bulb.

Can you get a pic of where you put them in the daytime exactly?

And is this the kit you got? ------> http://www.diodedynamics.com/catalog/produ...;products_id=99

I like the lighting, but I think mine looks a lot better.

LOL

Plus it gets rid of that crappy OEM trunk light and fills the hole.
