Ok this is long over due LOL 02.gif

so for the past year at Redsuns "where i have worked and learned this tunning shit" and multi trips to japan to HKS and Top secret. to learn the the skills need to map and rebuild/tune engines from The rew13b to the Rb26.. and putting in long day and nights 9 in the morning to 10 at night Mon~sat and some times staying at the shop for days on end.. I have also learned how to weld "Better" mainly the GTAW that is all we use here.. and it seems i am getting closer to what i want and have the car the way i want it. there has been so much sweat, blood and tears and the 2~3 degree burns that i have gotten from this car.. i have put allot of thought in to it as well..not to mention the countless fights with my woman and my best friend "co owner of Redsuns" but i thought i would share what i got so far..the only things i have to do now is make the manifold the exhaust witch will be a 3"down pipe to 4" all the way back. and the fuel system witch i will run 2 bosh 044 with one on a toggle switch so one for low boost 1.Bar and 2 for high boost 2.6 bar. and cc inj and 3" ALU I/C piping.
I will also install a fire suppression system "halon". and finial the wiring witch will include a plx-550,avc-r. and 3 other gage's oil.fuel.temps. i am looking at being done by Nov.. but i am so pick about this build ahhhhhhhh.... the engine will be done by Monday and ready to put in. i ordered a OS plate the same as the one i posted about not to long ago. i sold the carbon ORC clutch for that..so i must wait about 2 weeks for it to come from japan. and in that time i will do wiring and getting the other things ready

here is the engine

crower Ti rods
balanced crank
rod/mains clearance's have been re done
bored/honed 1.5mmOS
ARP head/crank bolts

THANKS TO JONGTR.....

Head work
272 int/ext cams 9.7mm lift
duel springs
customs Ti retainers
new chain/valve seals/guides

Valves int/ext ports

Valve have been reshaped and balanced by me by hand and that to almost 7 days. 2 1/2 hours per valve. .
int valves weight 40.25 grams
ext valves weight 41.25 grams
i mess up about 8 of them when i was doing this

new IC

Old IC

to give you an ideal of the size to compair them, the new one is 4"thick

body and frame work i did was stitch weld the whole car and installed a 6 point cadge though tonight when i was taking pics i might go to a 10 point.
i also removed all the old ass sound deadened and installed new dyno-mat. as for the A-pilers i will replace the plastic covering as well as the lower kick panel covers and door stills.. i want the inside as clean and as new looking as possible. I am trying to maintain the sleeper look.

WOW! amazing what youve done. Im going to be going big boost here in a few months probably. Only thing im confused about is the setup of the inline pumps. You still have single rail too, correct?

hesus!!! ok it's official, you have the best tiburon i've ever seen in the world, ever.

hot damn... you've GOT to give us some photos of the exterior too. That car is AMAZING Mj. I won't comment, but I will say just one thing:

It's good that you like your Tiburon and not some other who knows what car. You just wait what your girl has to say when the car is DONE for good. I don't think it's COTM, it's COTC: Car of the Century.
