those lights look like the standard Hyundai lights.
There was just one more job needed doing before i could fit the air ram and that was to repair the lower front thread for the throttle body bolt. The thread was buggered so the bolt wasn't doing up, I decided to go the heli coil route to sort the problem, mainly because i've never used them before so was interested to see how they work and hoped they would give a solid fixing. It also means I could stick with M8 bolts all round rather than have 1 M10 bolt, also meant I didn't have to drill out the throttle body hole.

To fit the heli coil the hole needs drilling out and tapping to suit the correct size coil (drills and taps come with heli coil kit).

Then screw in the heli coil and job done, bottom bolt now tightens up nicely

The ram is now fitted and all plumbed in, and she runs fine
Just need to go round and cable tie some vac hoses and the injector loom etc. I ended up running the injector loom through the gap in the branches for cylinders 1 & 2, was a bit awkward to get it though but the loom sits nice and all injector plugs reach nicely.

Also need to straighten up the air filter guard, can't leave it at that jaunty angle
27.jpg
Newly located clutch reservoir (and the clutch still works)
29.jpg
I need to get a 90degree elbow for the IACV valve hose as it doesn't like the angles.

Moved the MAP sensor to the strut tower, gives a nice run for the vac line.

Now i just need to make my own strut bar that clears the air ram...

I'm really jealous of this entire car! It even has F2 branded wheels that look good. I can't believe Hyundai didn't release that model here.

Nice work with tapping the thread! I hate tapping thread, it must have been some job, glad it worked out.
The U.S. lights have 3 bulbs each and the light itself wraps along the entire light like this:
\___l.......l___/
Europe have one bulb each at the end like this:
\.................../
So you'd have to wire 4 extra brake bulbs. Let me know if you want a pair before next week.
