Like I said. The biggest issue you will have is taking off the bad rad support and putting the new one on. Lining it up perfectly is the most important thing and can take some work. You dont need to pop-rivet it at all like that thread says tho. If you do start it and have any questions feel free to ask me as this is fairly fresh in my mind.

Correct. No one-company makes the "vader/invader" as it's always listed as "vader style" listed on eBay. You take your chances that it'll even fit (some do, some aren't even close). I've had people e-mail me saying they spent $1,000 just to get the body shop to make the bumper bolt on. Since it's stiff fiberglass, you usually have to break it and re-fiberglass it to fit.

Also, Veilside has a discounted replacement program. It's been so long since I've read it, but I think you get replacement bumpers at half-price (or something like that) if you damage yours. http://www.veilside.com/index.php?act=products&id=91

Front Bumper AE0501-01 $650.00
Side Skirts AE0501-02 $545.00
Rear Bumper AE0501-03 $555.00
Rear Bumper AE0501-03 $555.00
FRP Hood/Bonnet AE0501-06 $705.00
Mirrors AE0501-07 $275.00
CF Hood Bonnet AE0501-08 $820.00

Are those like the Duraflex ones that they show stomping on and beating the hell out of with a hammer?

I think it looks good, don't know about any fitment issues or anything.

yeah they show one getting twisted around by two guys. i really like the looks of it, probably my favorite rd2 front. i'm just concerned about the fitment. i don't wanna have to worry and spend more money making it fit vs just getting a new oem one.

anyone know what the real name of that front it?

and i don't care if its flexible. i really dont know how well they last
