Any work on the engine?

Oh and this is off topic, but what tib is that in your sig? I'd assume it's yours but the pictures you posted up the the recent COTM competition weren't even close to the one in your sig. LOL just curious.

But anyhow great work on the f2 conversion. I really love the rear with that spoiler mmmhmm . . . .

Hyunshark: Wheels are definitely the next thing on my list. Just have to do a few things before I put them on. #1 Grind down the front and rear lug studs so the rims will fit with the spacers. #2 finish the center caps.

Azngoose: No performance mods yet(besides spark plugs lol). Future plans include K&N drop-in, Megan header, and 1.8 cam. I don't want to go too crazy with this car, especially because I'm not the main driver.

Bomm: Thanks man! You're correct, you can see the other tib in one of the pics. I photoshopped the signature pic a little bit though(lowered and GK wing).

Next weekend when I get the wheels on I'm planning on spending all day washing/waxing both tibs. Hopefully I can find someone with a DSLR or something by then so I can do a real photoshoot!

I'm shuddering looking at those pictures, especially the dirt in the wheel well. Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to seeing pictures. Do you have any shots of the engine bay?

^^^Thanks DTN. The clump of dirt made me do a double take. It was literally the size of a brick and weighted almost as much!

No shots of the engine bay as it's completely stock. I'm kinda going for an OEM look all around on this car(as close to an actual F2 Evo as possible). I'm even considering welding mounts to the header so I can keep the OEM heat shield there lol.

I have always wanted to see that. I thought about that on my car as well. You should do it. The Heat shield has potential to look good after a few months. Headers do not.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Winston @ Jul 3 2010, 11:56 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>^^^Thanks DTN. The clump of dirt made me do a double take. Hey guys, long time no see. I thought I'd give a little update to this thread.

I never fully finished the conversion, but I managed to get the exterior to a point I was proud of.

The car was hail damaged a few months ago and is currently my girlfriends daily driver.

I'm planning on selling it in the near future (keeping the F2 parts of course) and starting over with a rust-free RD1.

Here are latest pics before the hail damage.
