Re: Carbon fiber Dash and type R spoiler..
yeah, its just carbon wrapped.
i suggest maybe taking a dremel to the dash part that hits the door panels and trying to get rid of some of that resin that was left there. and definately get that lower panel done, it will look a lot better. maybe try painting the cup holder and ashtray cover too.
you know what would look really good? some blue needles. wink.gif
it does look super nice though. maybe you should post some pictures in his for sale thread since he seems to be to good to take advice and post some pictures of his work.

Re: Hwarang Intake/Exhaust Camshaft
Spoiler looks pretty damned good.
I'd like to know how much for those items.
As for the interior, not bad, but the far left side of that dash looks HORRIBLE. Why didn't he finish the edge????
Ugh.
Also, you know the ashtray panel pops off right? Get that done too. And a layer over your cupholder.
Lower dash is a MUST.

That is hot especially with the dark colour of your car.
I agree with most, get that bottom done, but leave the cupholder and ashtray, that could be c/f overload.

VeHery nice.
I can see why the left edge of the dash wasn't done. The guy easily could have thought it was an edge that was going to be hidden, like the back side edge. 01, I'm sure you know what you're going to do about it though.
That spolier is awesome. No other way about that!

Re: FS: My Car! 1998 Tiburon SE
whoa, alotta replys....
tibby, i know i need those blu needles and blue LED guages.. my glow guages went out for the 2nd time... grrrrr....
i dont want to do the ash tray thing nor the cup holder because i want some contrast... he didnt do that part of the dash on left side cuz u rarely see it, and he did the inside part of door panel.. and if they were both thicker they would most likely rub and then they would both look like shit..
i will be taking a dremal to some of the ruff spots, but i only gave him so much time because i had a show tot go to and it needed to be done.. so ill fix some of it up..
the weave matching is pretty good.. its all at about the same angle so u cant really tell the difference..
i am going to be getting my taillights done with the Hyundai logo cut in it on an angle, or maybe a shark cut in to let the light through..
