Anyone can do this in their own driveway!!
Requirements:
Floor Jack
2 Jack stands
1 Friend
Too much free time
Step 1: Jack up car and place jack stands underneath.
Step 2: Grab video camera and record
Step 3: Have friend on one side, you on the other, and each turn the wheels slowly
Step 4: Post up on Putfile.com!

Honestly, I was on my fiance's computer, trying to get the entire video to load thinking "what the hell am I looking at? 205/40/17 Kumho Ecstas big deal" then I noticed the other wheel was moving. (video had a hard time loading, so I only saw it in slow sections)
