I live in Bristol TN,VA

Every year Nopi comes to the Bristol NASCAR track for the weekend. Getting bigger and bigger every year. Thought that I would drop a line and let everyone know that would be able to come the dates that they will be here, also the Thunder Valley drag strip (which is located behind the NASCAR track) has open Tuesday and Thursday night street fights for anyone interested as well.

The NOPI event is July 9-10 and the street fights start May 15th and run every week thru September 30th.

For those who do not know the track is only a half mile oval and holds over 150,000 people.....

As of right now it is still going on. I double check the NOPI site as well as the BMS site. I had heard that as well and that is why I waited so long before posting for everyone. Hope that it does not get cancelled.

 

They're not doing NOPI Southeast at Bristol anymore, it's in Knoxville (unfortunately). I'm in Kingsport though, maybe we could start some local meets going to streetfights if we could get some people w/tibs to come. There are tons of them here, but it seems to mostly be girls with factory rims bead hanging from the mirrors.
