For those of you who want to drive a long distance for the show, I HEAVILY suggest you check out the SuperStreet tour that goes on every year. TiburonCruiser (member on here) drove from PA with the SuperStreet tour and said it was awesome. You have a few stop offs along the way, but you drive with a big group of cars, and for me personally, the drive to the show is always the most fun (when going in groups).

The link above shows the information for THIS YEARS tour. Next year may be different, but will probably have roughly the same schedule. I know the one from Ft. Worth makes a stop and tours some wheel manufacturing plant, and they give a free set of wheels away.
One tour starts in Miami, FL and drives to Atlanta. Another starts in Maryland, and the other in Dallas, TX (I believe).
TiburonCruiser (Steve) did it last year in 2004 and when they arrived at the speedway, they all got to drive on the track for a few laps. His car was posted on the NOPI website:

How awesome would it be to have 5 Tiburons on each Tour? Talk about recognition and representing! The tours come with several chances for Magazine coverage (Java should come from Miami and Viper should hit the Maryland tour) and giveaways include a free set of Toyo's, free hotel stays, and magazine coverage. There's a magazine editor on each tour. I'll talk to Steve and see if he can post information if you guys want to know more.

Now that sounds like ALOT of fun and a huge chance to get our name out there. With a show pretty much each day we could represent to the fullest. As long as i can take the time off ill hit the West Leg that starts in Texas.

I could dig it... I'll have to take some vacation around that weekend, but it would be worth it! Let's try and get more than half a dozen RDs there next year!
