Lost Banner

The banner came up missing durring a 30 minute period it was left unattended at the NOPI Nationals. I would hope whoever has the banner visits this site, sees this post and says "hey I saw your banner floating around, want it back?". I doubt that would happen.
People at NOPI were going crazy for banners. On day 2, about 1/2 of the NOPI banners were missing. At the awards ceremony a guy was taking down a banner and walked off with it. The announcer was making fun of the guy over the loud speaker, saying "hey, stop stealing that banner, they cost alot of money." Then he yelled to the cops to get that guy for theft and they did.
Our banner lasted aproximately 6 hours into the 2 day NOPI Nationals car show. It was my responsibility to make sure the banner was safe and it either blew away in the wind or someone walked up and took it. I will be buying a new banner next month.

why the hell is somebody stealing banners, let alone an RdTiburon banner, what use could he get from it?
Next time use a bicycle lock to keep it tied down.

^^ yeah. For sure. Maybe it would be a good idea to designate a section on a corner of the banner for RD tread marks. It cannot be taken if it's under a car.

it was probably the "american musle" or "honda" boys... don't forget there are lots of jealous ferrets still lingering around. Or it could have been a burst of wind.
But if half of the banners got stolen than whatever. I could use another month of premier.
