Default When to do Tuning

I was thinking since I will have few days off in couple days maybe I could bring my car for a dyno tuning but I'm still debating if I should wait til I get my clutch installed first. I know that I have to atleast drive the car 500 miles to do break-in procedure on the clutch. Should I do the tuning now with the stock clutch or should I install the clutch first drive more than 500 miles untuned then do dyno tuning? I'm currently using Radu's calib files with few adjustments I'm running an AFR of about 15 while cruising and about 11 on WOT.

stock clutch probably will slip through the tune.. so wait til you have a new clutch.
