What cars come with T3/T4 turbos???

I don't think anything does. The T3/T04 is a hybrid of two different turbos... the turbine side of a T3 and the compressor side of a T04B or T04E.
EDIT: If you're looking for a used one, many of the Honda turbo kits come with them. Search for a Honda guy looking to upgrade. That's what my buddy did. He had a DRAG Gen III turbo kit on his Integra. When we built the motor, he upgraded to a T04E and sold the T3/T04 than came with the kit.

older ford 7.3 diesel had t3/4 from the factory..
the exhaust housing is on the large side for our cars (.82A/R) but the compresor is kinda nice
