MMmm unlimited budget...

I would grab a motor, strip it down, re-tap all the holes, get it baked and checked for hairline cracks, then get it blueprinted (crank journals and cylinders trued up).

Components:

Crank (Real-engineering)
Wiesco Pistons
Pauter Rods
Oil Pump (Real)
Piston spray kit
ARP bolts
Hollowed Sintered Cams (Real)

Send the Head out to Air Flow Research smile.gif
Trans sent out for bulletproofing
Have all the moving motor components Balanced.

Speed Factor Extreme Kit (SS equal length header) with a GT28RS turbo (VATN turbo would be nice if they still made them 02.gif ).
1000 cc injectors
fuel pump
fpr
Air-Ram
BBIM
Haltech w/ Wideband 02
New Axles
LSD (quaife)
Cluch & lighter flywheel

Custom 3 Exhaust

Etc Etc smile.gif All I can think of as of right now, but it’s a nice dream list lol.gif .

Let me know if you want to pay me to do this work for you smile.gif. I'd Love to do another hi performance motor build!

While Tim's manifold is nice, I like the Type 2 from the Maintec GB MUCH better.

u dont want titanium rods... titanium is brittle when it comes to extreme loads... iuts only good for high rpm NA motors

next

take my mod list and wammo 500 WHP

seriously though ill post a 400+ dyno in the spring

i have all the parts... just getting the time to put it all together and get on the dyno is where its @

i have

cometic head gasket
t3/t4 50 trim (for now, but i have a 60-1 sitting here just gotta check clearance)

wesico pistons
pouter rods

Toga man and rod bearings

fully ported head

custom 272 cams

my one off full race ram horn equal length manifold

3" exhaust

haltech e6x

Quafie LSD

1000 CC msd injectors

msd dis 2

walbro 255lph fuel pump

full new -6an feed line (return line is stock)

new fuel filter

aeromotive fuel surge tank (so i dont end up loosing fuel on turns)

some nice coilovers

Big FMIC

2.5" FMIC piping

Custom intake manifold

biggest TB you can find

this is probably the only thread ill post all this information until i unveil the car in the spring cuz im weird like that with my mod list and times/dyno's

If you have $10-15k, you can tear the shit out of 400hp. How about 800hp? Try some strong pistons, port+polish, high quality, 2.5" or more piping, single exhaust, large turbo (t78+), huge injectors, standalone..... you will kill any other car out there if you put a little thought into the system. If you need some help, PM me.

No offense, but 15k isn't going to cut it for 800hp....Trust me

Here is my setup (basic jist of )

-Wiseco pistons
-Pauter rods
-custom valvles
-knife edged crank
-blue-printed
-port / polished head
-new bearings seals
-t3/t4 turbo
-stainless turbo manifold (ceramic coated)
-550cc injectors
-FMIC
-radiator
-quaiffe lsd
-downpipe
-tial 40mm wastegate
-standalone....if your state allows it.

DAMMIT..I wish I didn't have to pass my emissions every two years.
