Regarding the Oil cooler - itis manufactured by SETRAB - One of the best coolers on the market!
The pistons are also available from Rob seperately, and they are a very high quality cast piston with a very thick piston landing and 4 ports on either side of the gudgen pin to collect oil and channel it to the gudgeon pin during operation!
Clutch we have manufactured for us and we provide all the specs to the firm locally. The pictres of the clutch plate are on the MSN communities Tiburon site.
We are looking into forged con-rods at the moment, but tooling costs for the forgings are extremely expensive, I will let you all know the outcome as and when there is progress.
Regarding pricing, I will be sending this to Rob tonight.

Thanks UFB!!
Is it possible to get higher compresion Pistons than 8.2:1 ?
Im planning on running no more than 12PSI and would think that 9:1 or 9.5:1 would be better for my application.
Wouldnt Forged Pistons be better though for durability?

2 UNIQ,
We don;t have any higher compression pistons than the 8.2:1 versions, and honestly I would not recommend any higher unless you intend to run a very advanced and stable management system and using nothing less than racing fuel.
We have tested these engines extensively until destruction with different pistons and compression ratios aswell as various ignition and fuel values - I honestly would not use a high compression setup in the J2 Block!
Also don;t shut your doors for future mods - I can guarantee you that if you are going the turbo route, you WILL up the boost not long after you have completed the upgrade and if you spend money on pistons, rather go for some sort of scalability right from the beginning.
Sorry I can't help you with these pistons.

UFB!!
Since im going with a small Turbo the TD04 with intercooler wouldnt i loose alot of Bottom end but gain in the top end if i go with the 8.2:1 Compression Pistons which you are selling?
What im trying to say is since the TD04 Turbo is small whats the MAX PSI it could handle with Intercooler?
Im thinking 12PSI would be the limit for this Turbo but can you run 15PSI SAFELY AS A DAILY CAR or is that pushing it!!
If i was to run 12PSI on the 8.2:1 Pistons would i loose any low end power?
Thanks!!

I also forgot to mention that im not running a Haltech and understand that anything passed 10PSI the stock ECU wouldnt be able to handle power power.
So if i was to run 10PSI max will the 8.2:1 Compression Pistons be to low!!
In other words when are these Pistons required at what boost without losing alot of low end sad.gif
