This thing installs rather strangly.

I would have expected it to be installed to a 12V power source, and then to your throttle position sensor, so that it would adjust fan RPM to throttle position.

However, it seems it wants to adjust fan RPM to spark timing. (higher RPM = faster fan speed).

Why you would have to remove one of the TB springs, I cannot even hazzard a guess. If you have two, removing one won't really hurt, but if you only have one, I would NOT remove it.

Go ahead and hook it up as they suggest, and see how it turns out.

i think the return spring thing is what is going to give u the more hp feel cuz ur TB will maybe open up sooner on the throttle stroke kinda like the accelerator pully deal

Send it back.

Invest the money toward buying a nitrous kit
or a home made cold air intake.

I think I know the reason for the return spring! If you let go of the throttle quickly, the plate will close too fast and "if" the turbozet is putting out positive pressure, the intake would blow off the engine. If the throttle plate is closed slower, there is less chance of this happening.

not true, lets say the turbo zet made 2psi. which I doubt it even make 1psi, or even .0001 psi.

but some cars run up to 12psi without a blow off valve, and when the throttle plate snaps shut intakes down blow off at 12psi.

its a trick, I dont now what the spring does with the throttle, my gues is its a trick, its like shorting the cable, it makes the car open soon givng you the illusion it has more power.

About this "trick"- anyway to do this on a stock tb to get quicker acceleration / opening ?
If it's a trick that works for throttle response, why can't we all do it?
