What if you made this spacer a bit thinner, so a Phenolic spacer could still be used.

i can't go thinner then 25mm, i need room so the extra injectors clears the stock ones
but you could still use a 7/8mm phenolic spacer/heat shield between the cyl. head and the extra injectors spacer/holder

on my accent wich has a much smaller engine bay then the tibby i could move the intake manifold back around 2.5" before getting into serious clearance problems

might need longuer studs depending on spacer/heat shield thickness

"Phenolic" is a special kind of material which acts as a heat barrier. Aluminium won't do the same.

phenolic is a hard plastic with great heat resistant qualities. If you ever had an older gas stove with the hard plastic knobs... you have seen Phenolic plastic.

actually phenolic is a laminated material
the hard palstic is another kind of insulating material

but would just having the aluminum spacer help at all? i know it wouldnt be a great deal.... but perhaps a little?

the fact that you have now 2 gaskets instead of one might help.. but the spacer itself won't help heat transfert

For the nitrous guys, do you prefer having the nozzle mounted on the top or on the bottom?We could change the shape of the lower part so the EISpacer could be used for either nitrous only,extra injectors or both

pricing isn't set in stone yet,if there's a good demand i could do a GB on those,this way it will lower production and material cost and i'll let you benefit from it
